What's included in the $50 free credit?

All new customers receive $50 in credit upon signup to use for KYC (individual) or KYB (business) verifications. This is a one-time credit to help you get started.

How does pay-as-you-use pricing work?

You only pay for the KYC and KYB verifications you actually use. There are no monthly minimums, no rollover, and no surprise fees. $15 per KYC, $30 per KYB.

Who pays for the checks — me or my customer?

Your choice, on every check. You can absorb the cost yourself at our flat per-check rate ($15 per KYC, $30 per KYB), or pass it to your customer — they enter their card details and pay Instant Compliance directly before the check runs, so it costs you nothing. You can switch it on per check or set it as your default.

Can I change plans later?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

What's the difference between monthly and annual billing?

Annual billing saves you 10%+ compared to monthly billing. You pay upfront for the year and save money.

Is onboarding really self-serve?

Yes! Our platform is designed to be intuitive with step-by-step guidance. You can get your risk assessment and AML program set up in under 15 minutes. But if you need help, our expert support team is always available via email, chat, or phone.

What do "1 person", "2–5 users", and "6–25 users" mean?

This is how many people can have their own Instant Compliance account on that plan. Anyone who needs access for training, KYC, or compliance workflows should be included.

What if I have more than 25 users?

Choose the Enterprise tier for custom pricing, unlimited scale, volume discounts on verifications, and optional white labelling—or contact us for a tailored quote.

Are there any setup fees?

No setup fees, no hidden costs. The price you see is the price you pay (plus GST and any KYC/KYB verifications you use).
